Peter has lectured in universities in the Middle East, SE Asia and the Pacific. He originated the Extremely Short Story Competition at Zayed University, Dubai, and it was imported into Japan by Professor Nobuyuki Honna. His ideas have won awards presented at Buckingham Palace.
